Mega Ball is a live bingo-style draw with a multiplier attached. You buy one or more cards of numbers, 20 balls are drawn from 51, and a 21st ball carries a multiplier of 5x to 100x. If that final ball completes a line on your card, the payout for that card is multiplied. The reported RTP is 95.40%, the lowest in this live selection.

Buy cards in blocks of 1, 10, 25 or 100, up to 400 in total, each holding numbers in a 5 by 5 grid with a free centre square. Twenty balls are drawn without replacement from a pool of 51 and marked automatically on every card. A Mega Ball multiplier in the range 5x to 100x is then generated, and the Mega Ball is drawn from the 31 balls still in the machine. If the Mega Ball completes one or more lines on a card, that card's win is multiplied. Lines already completed during the main draw pay without the multiplier. Up to two Mega Ball bonus rounds can follow.
Mega Ball is documented at 95.4% return to player, which is a house edge of 4.6%. 95.40% reported. Evolution's own page describes the draw but does not print an RTP. Evolution's public game pages describe the format but do not print an RTP for most titles, so the figure comes from secondary compilations of their published theoretical returns. Live game shows quote different RTPs for different bet positions, so a single number is always a simplification: read the paytable in the game. That percentage applies to every unit you wager, not to the money you deposit. Play a £100 balance through £2,000 of bets and the edge is charged on the £2,000.
High. Buying many cards smooths results between rounds but increases the stake in proportion, so the expected loss per round rises with it. Turning the risk up does not make a game more or less generous over time. It widens the distribution: frequent small wins become rare large ones while the average stays where the operator set it.
The house edge is fixed by the wheel or the draw and the payouts attached to it. Tracking past results, following a streak or staggering stakes does not change it, because each round is independent. Set a loss limit before playing and treat the edge as the cost of the entertainment. Buying more cards does not improve the percentage returned; it multiplies both the stake and the expected loss. The only way to spend less on this game is to buy fewer cards or play fewer rounds.
Sources disagree. Evolution's own launch release says players can multiply winnings by up to 1,000,000x their bet. Paytable analysis gives 100,000x on a single card, being twelve possible lines lifted by a 100x Mega Ball, with a 500,000 cap applied on the cash payout. The lower, better-explained figure is recorded here.
No. Each card is priced the same way, so more cards means more stake at the same 95.40% return.
Twenty from a pool of 51, then a Mega Ball from the 31 that remain.
