How the Dual-Currency Model Works

A sweepstakes casino gives you two balances that never mix.

Gold Coins are the play currency. You buy them in packages, you stake them on slots and table games, and you cannot redeem them for anything. Win or lose, a Gold Coin balance stays a Gold Coin balance. It works the way chips in a social game work.

Sweeps Coins are the redeemable currency. You do not buy them.
