Online casino's in Maryland

No regulated online casino. Maryland has repeatedly come close: HB 0017 was shelved in 2025, and in the 2026 session two Senate iGaming bills died at Crossover Day - the key measure SB 761 would have put a legalisation referendum to voters but Sen. Ron Watson withdrew it on 2026-03-13, leaving the framework bill without effect. Because Maryland's constitution requires a voter referendum for expanded commercial gaming, any legalisation needs a ballot question. Expected to return in the 2027 session (January-April).
