Nevada has not legalised real-money online casino. That means no operator holds a Nevada licence for casino games, and any site offering them to residents is doing so outside the state's licensing framework. SB 256 (2025), effective Oct 1, 2025, amended Nevada law to target unlicensed online sweepstakes/dual-currency casinos, requiring disgorgement of profits and increasing penalties.
