A casino with a sportsbook attached is two products sharing a wallet, a login and usually a rewards scheme. The pricing works differently on each side: the casino charges a house edge per round, while the book charges a margin built into the odds. This page lists operators that run both and explains what changes when they sit together.
We earn a commission from these. It does not change their score or their place in the ranking below.

A casino game states its price in the rules. A sportsbook hides its price in the odds, and you have to take it back out with arithmetic.
Convert each price on a market into an implied probability by dividing one by the decimal odds, then add them up. On a fair market the total would be 1. On a real market it is more, and the excess is the margin, usually called the overround. Take a two-way market priced at 1.91 on each side. One divided by 1.91 is about 0.524, and the two sides sum to about 1.047. The book has sold roughly 104.7% of the outcome. If the money lands evenly on both sides, it pays out about 95.5% of the stakes and keeps the rest, which is around 4.5%.
That is the comparable figure. European roulette charges 2.7% of every stake. American roulette charges 5.26%. Blackjack under basic strategy typically costs about 0.5%, and Stake Originals run at 99% RTP, a 1% edge. A two-way football market at those prices sits between roulette wheels, and a heavily built market with many selections sits well above them.
The margin is not uniform across a book. It is thinnest on major markets where operators compete openly, and widest on accumulators, player props and obscure leagues, where the same calculation on a long multiple compounds the overround on every leg. A five-leg multiple carries five margins stacked together, which is why those bets are advertised hardest.
Run the sum on a few markets before you pick an operator. It takes a minute and it is the only price comparison that means anything on this side of the site.
The obvious change is the wallet. One balance funds both products, which is convenient and worth a moment of thought, because a bonus attached to one side often locks the whole balance until its condition is met. Read which product a promotion applies to before you accept it, and check whether accepting it restricts withdrawals from the other side.
Bonus terms rarely transfer. Casino offers carry a wagering requirement measured in turnover. Sportsbook offers usually carry a turnover requirement with a minimum odds floor attached, which exists to stop the requirement being cleared on near-certain prices. Those are different conditions with different costs, and an operator quoting one headline for both is describing two things at once. If a requirement is not published for the side you intend to play, treat the offer as unpriced. Our bonuses page covers how the conditions are usually written.
Rewards schemes often treat sports turnover differently too. A rakeback or VIP rate calculated from casino wagering may count sports stakes at a reduced weighting, or not at all, because the margin on a bet is thinner than the edge on a slot. That detail sits in the scheme terms rather than the promotional page.
One thing does not carry over at all. Provably fair seeds apply to games where the operator generates the result. A football score is not generated by anyone at the casino, so there is nothing to hash and nothing to verify. What you check on the sports side is the settlement rules, the source the book settles from, and its record on disputed markets.
Market depth is the last difference. Casino-first operators generally run a sportsbook supplied by a third party, which means decent coverage on major competitions and thinner, wider prices further down. If a specific league matters to you, look at its prices before you open the account rather than after.
Read the settlement rules first. They set what happens when a match is abandoned, postponed, played at a different venue, or when a player named in a bet does not start. Every book has answers to these and the answers differ. Sites that publish clear rules per sport are easier to argue with than sites that publish a paragraph of general terms.
Find the maximum payout. Books cap what a single bet can return, often by sport or competition, and a long multiple can reach that cap without you noticing. A cap is not a problem in itself. Not knowing where it sits is.
Understand cash out. It is a buyout of your position at a price the book sets, and that price carries its own margin on top of the one already in the original odds. It is a convenience with a cost, not a free exit.
Check the payout path. Withdrawal limits, processing times and verification triggers are usually shared across both products, so the sportsbook inherits whatever the casino side does with a large payout. Our payments page covers what tends to trigger a source of funds request.
On location, treat the two products as separate legal questions. In the United States, online casino and online sports betting are licensed under different rules, and a state that permits one does not necessarily permit the other. The states with regulated online casino in 2026 are Delaware, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, West Virginia, Connecticut and Maine. Check your own jurisdiction on both counts before you deposit.
Finally, note what in-play betting does to pace. A market that reprices every few seconds invites a rate of staking closer to a fast casino game than to a weekend accumulator. The deposit and loss limits on our responsible gambling page apply to the sports wallet as readily as to the casino one, and they are more useful set in advance than during a match.
Divide one by each decimal price on the market, add the results, and subtract one. A total of 1.05 means the book has sold 105% of the outcome, and a balanced book keeps about 4.8% of stakes on that market. Compare the same market across two operators and the cheaper one is the one with the smaller total. Do it on the markets you actually bet, since margins vary enormously between a main market and a player prop.
Not in the sense the term is used for casino games. Provably fair proves that an operator generated a result before your stake went in and did not alter it afterwards. Sports results are produced outside the operator entirely. What matters instead is which data source the book settles from, how quickly it settles, and what its published rules say about void and abandoned events. Our fairness verifier applies to the casino side of these sites, not the book.
Usually not. The two sides normally run separate promotions with separate conditions, and casino wagering requirements often exclude sports turnover completely, or count it at a reduced rate. Check which product a promotion names, whether it locks the shared balance, and what the requirement is. An offer with no published requirement cannot be valued.
For convenience, yes. Deposits, withdrawals and verification are handled once, and a single crypto balance moves freely between the two. The drawback is that a condition accepted on one side can restrict the whole balance, and it makes it harder to keep separate track of what each product is costing you. If you use both regularly, check the account statement periodically rather than reading the balance as a single number.
