What we collect, what we deliberately do not collect, and how to exercise your rights.

We do not ask you to create an account, we do not sell data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers. The two things we store are an anonymous record of outbound clicks and, if you choose one, your preferred US state.
Outbound click records. When you follow a link to an operator through our /go/ gateway we record: which casino, which page the click came from, the placement on that page, the interface language, a coarse country and region derived from the network request, the hostname of the referring page, and whether the visitor was on mobile or desktop. We do not store your IP address, and we do not store anything that identifies you as a person.
Your state preference. If you pick a US state, it is saved in a first-party cookie named ca_state for one year so pages can show you what applies where you are. It contains only a state name. Clearing it is as simple as choosing the blank option or deleting the cookie.
Page views. Every page sends one record to our own servers containing the page path, the interface language, a coarse country derived from the network request, the referring hostname, and whether you are on a phone, a tablet or a desktop. This is how we know which pages are worth writing and which are not. It runs on our own infrastructure rather than a third party's.
An anonymous visitor identifier. A first-party cookie named occ_vid holds a random value for one year. It has exactly one purpose: keeping you on the same side of a layout or wording test while you browse, so the results mean something. It is not linked to a name, an email address, an account or an IP address, it is never sent to anyone else, and it cannot be used to recognise you on any other site. Deleting it simply puts you back into a fresh random assignment.
Layout and wording tests. We run A/B tests on how pages are laid out and worded. A test never varies a rating, a bonus term, a factual claim, or whether a disclosure is shown. We record which version you saw and whether you clicked through.
Conversion records from operators. When an operator's affiliate programme pays us a commission, it sends back the tracking code we attached to your click so we can tell which page earned it. That code identifies a page and a placement, not a person. Operators do not tell us who you are, and we do not ask.
Your theme preference. Stored in your browser's local storage. It never reaches our servers.
Third-party analytics. If a third-party analytics provider is enabled, we use a privacy-respecting one, and where your local law requires consent we ask before loading it. Our own reporting does not depend on it.
No account, no email address unless you write to us, no IP addresses, no full browser user-agent strings, no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no selling or sharing of personal data with data brokers, and no profile of your gambling activity. We cannot see what you do on an operator's site after you leave ours, and nothing we store can be joined back to you.
Under the GDPR, click records are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding whether the site works and in reconciling affiliate payments, and they are stored in a form that does not identify you. Your state and theme preferences are stored because you asked for them. Anything requiring consent is loaded only after you give it.
Click records are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, because affiliate reconciliation and year-on-year comparison need that long. Preferences last until the cookie expires or you clear them. Emails you send us are kept while the conversation is useful and then deleted.
Our hosting provider processes requests on our behalf. Our analytics provider receives aggregate page-view data. Operators you click through to receive the fact that a visitor arrived from us, including a campaign identifier that says which page it was — never who you are. Once you are on their site, their privacy policy applies, not ours.
If you are in the EEA, the UK, California or another jurisdiction with equivalent protections, you have rights to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your personal data, and to complain to your data protection authority. Because we hold no account and no identifier for you, there is usually nothing to look up; write to us anyway and we will tell you plainly what we do and do not hold.
This site is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
