Ethereum is accepted almost everywhere in crypto gambling, but it is rarely the cheapest rail on the cashier screen. The fee you pay depends on network demand at the moment you send, and the fee the casino pays on your withdrawal usually comes back to you as a deduction or a minimum. This page lists sites that take ETH and explains the mechanics that decide whether a deposit arrives whole.
We earn a commission from these. It does not change their score or their place in the ranking below.

Gas is the fee paid to have your transaction included in a block. It is quoted in gwei, a small denomination of ETH, and the total depends on two things: how much computation your transaction requires, and how many other people are bidding for block space at that moment. A plain ETH transfer is the cheapest kind of transaction on the network. Moving a token or interacting with a contract costs more, because the chain has to run more code.
That matters at a cashier because the fee is charged per transaction, not as a percentage of the amount. A large deposit and a small deposit cost roughly the same to send. A small top-up during a busy hour can lose a noticeable share of its value before it reaches your balance. Fewer, larger transfers cost less in total fees than many small ones, though that also means committing more money at once, which is a budgeting decision rather than a fee decision.
Withdrawals run the other way. The casino pays the network fee when it sends your coins, and most operators recover that by deducting it from the amount or by setting a minimum withdrawal high enough to make the transfer worth processing. Read the cashier page before you deposit rather than after you win. The fee policy and the withdrawal minimum usually sit on the same screen, and together they tell you more about the real cost of using a site than any promotional banner does. Our payments section covers the general shape of these rules, but the specific figures change often enough that you should confirm them in the cashier itself on the day you play.
Every withdrawal a casino processes costs it a network fee. On a chain where that fee is high and moves with demand, the cost of running a cashier becomes hard to budget, so operators steer players towards rails they can price. That is the plain commercial reason you see Tron, Solana, Litecoin and various layer-2 networks listed ahead of Ethereum mainnet on many deposit screens.
The steering is rarely stated outright. It appears as a lower minimum withdrawal on one network than another, as a fee deducted from mainnet withdrawals but not from others, or simply as ETH mainnet sitting at the bottom of the list. None of that is dishonest. It is a cost being handed to you in the currency of convenience, and you can usually avoid most of it by choosing a network the operator likes.
Layer-2 networks such as Arbitrum, Base and Optimism settle back to Ethereum but batch transactions together, so the fee per transfer is much smaller. Where a casino credits deposits on one of them, that is normally the cheapest way to move ETH in and out. The catch is that a layer-2 network is a separate destination. Your address may look identical to your mainnet address, but the casino only watches the networks it has chosen to support, and a transfer on any other network simply will not be seen.
There is also a confirmation policy sitting on top of the network. An operator decides how many confirmations it wants before crediting funds, and it can raise that number for large amounts or for accounts under review. A fast chain does not shorten a manual review. Sites that advertise quick cashouts, including those on our instant withdrawal list, are describing the usual case rather than promising yours.
Native ETH is the asset the Ethereum network uses for itself. Moving it is a straightforward transfer from one address to another. An ERC-20 token such as USDT, USDC or LINK is not held by the network in that way. It is a balance recorded inside a smart contract, and sending it means asking that contract to update its ledger. Three practical consequences follow.
First, you need ETH in your wallet even when you are sending a token. Gas is paid in ETH, so a wallet holding only a stablecoin on Ethereum cannot move it anywhere. This catches out people who buy a stablecoin on an exchange and withdraw it to a fresh wallet with nothing else in it.
Second, a casino deposit address is tied to specific assets. Some cashiers give you one Ethereum address that accepts ETH and a named list of tokens. Others issue a separate address for each asset. Sending a token to an address configured only for ETH does not usually destroy the funds, because they still sit at that address on-chain, but getting them credited depends on whether the operator holds the keys and is willing to do the manual work. That is a support ticket with an uncertain outcome, not a refund you can insist on.
Third, the token has to be the exact one the casino lists. Several contracts can share a similar name, and only the official contract address counts. Copy the deposit address from the cashier each time rather than from your own notes, since operators rotate addresses and a stale one is another route into a ticket queue. If you are weighing Ethereum against other rails, the crypto casinos hub sets out how the rest of the ecosystem handles the same problem.
Yes. Gas on Ethereum is always paid in ETH, whatever asset you are moving. A wallet holding only USDT or USDC on Ethereum cannot send it until you fund the same address with a small amount of ETH. Token transfers also use more gas than a plain ETH transfer, so budget a little more than you would for sending ETH itself.
No. Arbitrum, Base, Optimism and similar networks are separate destinations, even though your address string is often the same. The casino credits deposits only on the networks its cashier lists. If you send on a network it does not watch, the funds sit on that chain and recovery depends on whether the operator controls the keys there and is prepared to move them by hand. Select the network on both the sending and receiving side, and match them exactly.
Find the transaction hash in your wallet and check it on a block explorer. If it shows as pending, the network has not confirmed it yet. If it shows as confirmed at the casino's address, the delay is the operator's confirmation policy or a review, and the fix is a support ticket with the hash attached. Do not send a second transfer to force the first one through. If the explorer shows the funds went to a different address or a different network, say so in the ticket and be prepared for a manual process that may not succeed.
No. The payment rail moves money; it does not touch the maths of the game. A house edge is set by the rules and the paytable, and it stays the same whether you funded the account with ETH, a stablecoin or a card. European roulette carries a 2.7% edge, Stake Originals run at 99% RTP, which is a 1% edge, and those figures do not move with your deposit method. Treat the stake as the price of the entertainment and check the RTP simulator to see how that price accumulates over a session. If the cost stops feeling like entertainment, the responsible gambling page lists where to get help.
