bonuses
How long casinos give you to clear a bonus, what that means in dollars a day, and which operators publish no deadline at all. Every figure computed from the offers we track.
A wagering requirement tells you how much you have to bet. The expiry tells you how fast. Nearly every bonus comparison prints the first number and leaves the second in the small print, which is the wrong way round: a reasonable multiple on an unreasonable deadline is an offer you will not clear.
Of the 22 welcome offers we track, 13 publish an expiry. Across the ten of those we can price, clearing a $100 deposit bonus in time takes a median of $571 of bets a day, every day, for the whole window. The fastest pace in the set is double that.
This guide prices the clock. Every figure comes from the operator records behind our reviews, and the same $100 deposit and 96% slot return used by the bonus value index.
An expiry can mean two different deadlines, and some operators run both.
The activation window is how long you have to claim the bonus after depositing or signing up. Miss it and the offer never starts. The completion window is how long you have, once the bonus is active, to finish the wagering. Miss that and the balance is removed.
BetFury's own welcome-pack terms are the clearest example in the set: 7 days to activate, then 14 days to complete. Gamdom's offer is reported to need activating within 6 hours of signing up, which is a twenty-eighth of a seven-day window. BitStarz's deposit bonuses run for 7 days, but its free spins are reported to need opening within a single day.
When we quote a window below it is the completion window, because that is the one the turnover has to fit inside.
The pace is required turnover divided by the days allowed. Turnover is the wagering multiple applied to its base — the bonus alone, or the deposit plus the bonus, whichever the terms specify.
| Operator | Window | Wagering | Turnover on $100 | Per day |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Betpanda | 7 days | 80x bonus | $8,000 | $1,143 |
| Lucky Block | 14 days | 60x bonus (effective) | $12,000 | $857 |
| Wild.io | 7 days | 40x bonus | $4,800 | $686 |
| BitStarz | 7 days | 40x bonus | $4,000 | $571 |
| Metaspins | 7 days | 40x bonus | $4,000 | $571 |
| Sportsbet.io | 7 days | 40x bonus | $4,000 | $571 |
| BetFury | 14 days | 40x bonus | $6,000 | $429 |
| Bitcasino.io | 7 days | 30x bonus | $3,000 | $429 |
| MyStake | 30 days | 30x deposit + bonus | $8,100 | $270 |
| Thunderpick | 30 days | 40x deposit + bonus | $8,000 | $267 |
The median is $571 a day. The spread from the slowest pace to the fastest is a little over four times.
Two things in that table are worth reading twice.
A longer window is not an easier offer. Thunderpick gives 30 days, the longest in the set, but it applies 40x to the deposit and the bonus, so a $100 deposit carries $8,000 of turnover. Wild.io gives a quarter of the time and asks for less than two-thirds of the turnover. The daily paces still favour Thunderpick here — but only because the window is four times longer, not because the terms are lighter.
The first deposit is what you are actually pricing. BetFury advertises a 590% bonus and Wild.io a 350% one. Both are totals spread across several deposits. A single $100 deposit receives the first tranche only — 150% at BetFury, 120% at Wild.io — and that is what the turnover above is built on.
At $1 a spin and 600 spins an hour — the assumptions already used in our wagering requirements guide — dollars a day become time a day:
Raising the stake shortens the hours and raises the risk of losing the balance before the turnover is done. Lowering it does the opposite. Neither changes the expected cost, which is set by the turnover and the house edge, not by how you pace it.
The paces above assume every bet counts in full. Many terms say otherwise.
BitStarz's record reports table and live games contributing 5%. Cleared on those games, the same $4,000 of required turnover becomes $80,000 of real bets in the same seven days. Betpanda's terms report provably fair games at 1%, which turns $8,000 into $800,000 — about $114,000 a day. Metaspins reports slots at 100% and game shows at 50%, with everything else contributing nothing.
A deadline that looks generous on slots can be impossible on the games a reader actually wanted to play. Read the contribution table before the window.
Nine of the 22 offers publish no expiry anywhere we could find. That is not the same as having none.
Six of those nine publish a wagering multiple without a deadline: Bitsler, Rainbet, Ignition, FortuneJack, Jackbit and 1win, whose multiple its own sources dispute between 30x and 40x. Bitsler's is the heaviest in the set — 100x, reported as released in stages, on a 200% first-deposit match — and it comes with no stated window.
An unpublished clock usually means one of three things: it lives in a general bonus-terms page rather than on the offer, it is shown only after you opt in, or it is set by account and not disclosed in advance. In every case the reader is agreeing to a deadline they have not seen. Ask support for it in writing before depositing.
The consequence is not just losing the bonus.
Betpanda's terms, as two independent 2026 sources describe them, forfeit unwagered bonus funds once the seven days are up. Thunderpick's own bonuses FAQ goes further: forfeiting an active bonus can forfeit the winnings accrued while wagering it. A player who is ahead on day six and still short of the turnover can lose the winnings along with the bonus.
That is the practical reason to treat the deadline as part of the price. A bonus you cannot clear in time is not worth its headline figure. It is worth nothing, and it may cost you what you won while trying.
Of the 13 published windows, 1 is held at high confidence, 8 at medium and 4 at low. Only one comes straight from an operator document we read — BetFury's welcome-pack terms. The rest come from secondary reviews, several of them marked reported in our records, because the operators' own pages were unreachable or did not print the figure.
That is the honest state of what is published, and it is why every operator review links to the source behind each fact. Windows change without notice. Treat these as where to start reading, not as a substitute for the terms in front of you when you deposit.
To price a specific offer, including its deadline, use the bonus calculator. To compare every offer we track on expected value, see the bonus value index.
Of the 22 welcome offers we track, 13 publish a deadline. Seven give 7 days to complete, two give 14 days, three give 30 days, and one sets only a 6-hour activation window. The other nine publish no clock at all.
The unwagered bonus balance is removed, and anything won while it was active can go with it. Betpanda's terms forfeit unwagered bonus funds after seven days, and Thunderpick's own bonuses FAQ says forfeiting an active bonus can forfeit the winnings accrued while wagering it.
No. Thunderpick gives 30 days but applies 40x to the deposit plus the bonus, and Wild.io gives 7 days on 40x the bonus alone. The daily pace is what matters: required turnover divided by the days allowed.
Across the ten offers we can price on a $100 deposit, the median requires $571 of bets a day for the whole window. The range runs from $267 a day at Thunderpick to $1,143 a day at Betpanda.
It depends on the operator, and some run two clocks. BetFury's own welcome-pack terms give 7 days to activate and then 14 days to complete the wagering. Gamdom's offer is reported to need activating within 6 hours of signing up.
